Conducting Risk Assessment for operating procedures being followed by clients; Preparation of Audit Reports (including Tax Audit Reports) & finalization of Balance sheets. His consulting experience spans through Equity Funding, Debt Funding, Financial Due Diligence, SOPs preparation, FEMA, Setting Up and Management of Finance Functions and Internal Audit.
